계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

XXII player에서 계정(이메일)을 만든 이용자는 아래 방법으로 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정은 선택 사항이므로, 계정을 만들지 않았다면 클라우드에는 어떤 데이터도 저장되어 있지 않습니다.
1. 앱에서 바로 삭제 (권장)
- XXII player를 열고 로그인한 상태에서 계정 화면을 엽니다.
- 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 비밀번호를 입력하고 영구 삭제를 누릅니다.
아래 2항의 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.
1-1. 이메일로 삭제 요청
앱을 이미 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없다면, 아래 이메일로 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

본인 확인 후 요청을 처리하며, 접수 후 30일 이내에 삭제를 완료합니다.
2. 삭제되는 데이터

3. 별도로 처리되는 데이터
- 기기 내 데이터(음악·동영상 파일, 커버 이미지, 로컬 재생목록·설정)는 서버에 저장되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 제거됩니다.
- 스튜디오 녹음·음원 분리 결과 파일은 기기의 Music 폴더에 저장되어 있으므로 계정을 삭제해도 남습니다. 필요하면 앱이나 파일 관리자에서 직접 지워 주세요.
- 신고 기록(신고 사유, 대상 글 일부, 신고한 계정 ID)은 운영자가 처리할 때까지 보관된 뒤 삭제됩니다.
- 익명 사용 통계(Google 애널리틱스)는 개인을 식별하지 않는 집계 정보이며, Google의 보관 정책에 따라 일정 기간 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
- Meta로 전송된 앱 이벤트는 Meta의 보관 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 계정 화면의 “광고 성과 측정”을 끄면 이후 전송이 중단됩니다.
🔒 계정을 삭제하면 클라우드 백업 데이터도 함께 삭제되어 다른 기기에서 복원할 수 없습니다. 앱 내에서 로그아웃만 하려면 [계정] 화면에서 로그아웃을 선택하세요(계정은 유지됩니다).

Request account & data deletion

If you created an account (email) in XXII player, you can delete your account and associated data as described below. An account is optional — if you never created one, no data is stored in the cloud.
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open XXII player, signed in, and open the Account screen.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete for good.
The data in Section 2 is permanently deleted right away.

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us with the email address you signed up with:

After verifying your identity, we process the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
2. Data that will be deleted

3. Data handled separately
- On-device data (music/video files, cover images, local playlists and settings) is not stored on any server and is removed from your device when you uninstall the app.
- Studio recordings and separation results are files in your phone’s Music folder, so they stay after the account is deleted. Delete them in the app or a file manager if you wish.
- Reports you filed (reason, part of the reported text, your account ID) are kept until the operator handles them, then deleted.
- Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics) are aggregated and do not identify you; they are automatically deleted after a period defined by Google’s retention settings.
- App events sent to Meta are handled under Meta’s retention policy. Turning off “Ad measurement” on the Account screen stops further sending.
🔒 Deleting your account also deletes your cloud backup, so it cannot be restored on another device. To only sign out in the app (keeping your account), choose Sign out on the Account screen.
