계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

XXII player에서 계정(이메일)을 만들었거나 재생목록을 클라우드에 백업한 이용자는 아래 방법으로 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정은 선택 사항이므로, 계정을 만들지 않았다면 클라우드에는 어떤 데이터도 저장되어 있지 않습니다.

1. 삭제 요청 방법

아래 이메일로 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

계정 삭제 요청 이메일 보내기

본인 확인 후 요청을 처리하며, 접수 후 30일 이내에 삭제를 완료합니다.

2. 삭제되는 데이터

3. 별도로 처리되는 데이터

기기 내 데이터(음악·동영상 파일, 커버 이미지, 로컬 재생목록·설정)는 서버에 저장되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 제거됩니다.
익명 사용 통계(Google 애널리틱스)는 개인을 식별하지 않는 집계 정보이며, Google의 보관 정책에 따라 일정 기간 후 자동 삭제됩니다.

🔒 계정을 삭제하면 클라우드 백업 데이터도 함께 삭제되어 다른 기기에서 복원할 수 없습니다. 앱 내에서 로그아웃만 하려면 [계정] 화면에서 로그아웃을 선택하세요(계정은 유지됩니다).

Request account & data deletion

If you created an account (email) in XXII player or backed up your playlists to the cloud, you can request deletion of your account and associated data as described below. An account is optional — if you never created one, no data is stored in the cloud.

1. How to request deletion

Email us with the email address you signed up with:

Send deletion request email

After verifying your identity, we process the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

2. Data that will be deleted

3. Data handled separately

On-device data (music/video files, cover images, local playlists and settings) is not stored on any server and is removed from your device when you uninstall the app.
Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics) are aggregated and do not identify you; they are automatically deleted after a period defined by Google’s retention settings.

🔒 Deleting your account also deletes your cloud backup, so it cannot be restored on another device. To only sign out in the app (keeping your account), choose Sign out on the Account screen.
